How much is the apartment deposit? $500 for studios and 1-bedrooms; and $1000 for 2-bedrooms.
Are you pet-friendly? Yes. There's a limit of 2 pets per household (breed and weight restrictions apply).
How much is the pet fee? $350 non-refundable fee per cat and dog, plus $50/month per cat and dog.
Is garage parking available? Yes. Garage parking is $150/month per space and $175/month for a second space.Second spaces will be on a month-to-month basis.
When can I move in? We're currently signing leases for immediate move-ins through June 2022.
How are utilities handled? Residents are responsible for utilities. Some are billed back by management and some are paid directly to the utility company.
